Refund policy

We do not accept returns.
However, if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or if there is an error from our side, we will gladly offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please send us:

  • A clear photo of the product

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake, we will replace the item at no additional cost.


Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The issue must be caused by Herglow (wrong item, damaged product, missing item).

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Requests sent after 24 hours cannot be accepted.


How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service within 24 hours with photos and your order number.

  2. We will review your request and confirm if the exchange is approved.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange the exchange process and provide instructions.
