Herglow does not accept online payments.
All orders are paid cash on delivery (COD).

4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer local delivery across Tunisia. A flat delivery fee of 9 TND applies to all orders and is non-refundable. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy.

5. No Returns Policy
Please note: We do not accept returns.
However, if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, along with a photo. In such cases, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
